About the Authors

The authors are Nancy E. Friedman and Steve C. Posner, husband and wife attorneys currently living in the foothills above Denver, Colorado. Nancy has been a political campaign consultant, Chief Counsel on Ethics to the New York City Council, law school guest lecturer, and Executive Director of The Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute at the University of Denver College of Law. Steve has been a database designer and administrator, Madison Avenue adman, freelance reporter, law professor, appellate lawyer for the Colorado State Attorney General, and a solo practitioner in Denver. Who Needs It? is a chance for us to give something back.
